The space

Upon entering your next home:

– Professionally renovated and curated interior.

– Kitchen with luxury appliances and all cooking essentials.

– 2 seperate bedrooms with queen beds, plush mattresses and Egyptian cotton linen.

– Bathroom with Sheridan towels & ‘Thank You’ Amenities.

– 60 inch Smart TV, high speed unlimited wifi.

– Laundry with full sized washing machine and dryer.

Guest access

Guests will receive instructions on how to check in once booking is confirmed.

Other things to note

Rubbish Bins: Bins must be kept inside the property gate at all times. They can be placed out front only on rubbish collection day (Wednesday).

Parking Permit:
One parking permit is available and must be hung from the rearview mirror inside your car.
No parking is allowed between 10-11 AM on Wednesdays due to rubbish collection.
The permit must be returned to the house and placed on the kitchen bench at the end of your stay.
A $200 replacement fee will be charged for any lost or unreturned permits. Please ensure it is left inside the house when you check out.

Parking Liability:
Parking is at the guest’s own risk. Lane Stay/Owner will not be responsible for any parking fines incurred due to incorrect use of the permit.
