To collect your keys, please head to 480 St Kilda Road, Melbourne 3004, at the Urban Hub Celebrations Store. Simply provide your first name and the listing name “Charsfield Lane” to the store representative.


Check-in Time ⏰
Check-in is available from 4 PM – 8 PM. We kindly request that you arrive before 8:30 PM, as this is when the convenience store closes. 🛒


Early Check-in 🕓
We understand that early arrivals can sometimes be necessary. Please reach out directly to your host Frazer, who will do his best to accommodate your request based on the availability of the apartment. Please note that early check-ins can only be confirmed the evening prior to your arrival, depending on housekeeping schedules.


Late Arrivals 🌜
Should you anticipate arriving after 8:30 PM, please notify Frazer at least 24 hours in advance. With prior notice, we will arrange for a lockbox 🔒 to be placed at the entrance of the building, ensuring a smooth and stress-free late check-in at no extra charge. Please be aware that if no prior notice is given, a late arrival may incur a $50 call-out fee. 💵


Check-out Time 🕚
We kindly ask that you check out by 11 AM to allow us ample time to prepare the apartment for the next guests.


Before You Leave 🚪
Please turn off all lights and appliances 💡 and leave the keys on the kitchen bench with the apartment door open. If you’ve used the carpark, please exit before returning the keys. 🗝️
